Sourcing & Scoping

We begin by having our project manager's source clients in their chosen field of interest, then work with the client to understand how best we can answer their key questions and address their problem areas through clear deliverables.

Project Kick-off

We assemble tailored consulting teams of 1 Project Manager, 4-5 Business Analysts and 1-2 Advisors for each client, staffing projects in different industries across several horizontals with consultants of suitable skills and backgrounds.

Execution & Iteration

We spend 10-12 weeks over the course of a semester creating tailored solutions for our client's unique problems. We meet with clients on a weekly basis to ensure aligned perspectives and priorities and gather active feedback for maximum impact.

Final Deliverables

We compile our semester-long research and analysis into a final deck accompanied by reports and implementation timelines for immediate and real impact within our clients' businesses. We present our work directly to executives on teams that own these workflows within our client companies.
